The United Nations Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) on Advancing responsible State behaviour in cyberspace in the context of international security 2019/2021 adopted a consensus report that 'builds upon the previous GGEs, harmonizes with the Open-ended Group Report, and importantly adds a valuable new level of understanding on complex issues related to ICTs in the context of international security.' At the time of writing, the report is not publicly available. The adoption of the report marks the conclusion of the work of the GGE, which is the sixth GGE established since 2004.
