General Return Policy


All products purchased from Hi-Network.com (HAILIAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED), here page all say "Hi-Network.com",  may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and any other items that may have been included in the original shipment. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use.



Dead on Arrival Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional product or not the item you ordered, we kindly request that you contact us within seven days of the product's arrival. You can reach us at +86-180-5715-16223 or via Email: [email protected] . Upon receiving your request, we will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Please note that Hi-Network.com will cover the reasonable shipping fees associated with returning such items (Not include tax). It is crucial to notify us within the specified 7-day window upon receiving the product to ensure a smooth return process.


Returns and Exchanges with RMA Agreement

All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) agree via Email from Hi-Network.com,  which is valid for ten days. To obtain an RMA agreements, please contact us at +86-180-5715-16223 or via Email: [email protected]. Returns with opened box items, missing packaging, or accessories may result in a deduction in your refund. If you think your order has been lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the shipment date.



Restocking Fees

 

Should you return a product, restocking fees will be applied depending on the condition of the item:

 

  • New Condition with Unopened Original Box: If the product is in mint condition and the original box remains unopened, the refund will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the box.

 

  • Open Box: If the product has been opened but is still in new condition, the refund will be subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the product.

 

  • Missing Box: If the product is returned without its original box, the refund will be subject to a 50% - 70% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the product.

 

  • Used or Damaged Condition: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, the refund will be subject to an 80% restocking fee.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, while taxes will be applied to the refunded amount.


Special Condition

The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

1.Purchased the wrong item or chose the wrong size for the product.

2.The product is not suitable.

3.Personal Reasons due to personal taste, changed mind, etc.


Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items may be designated as customized sales,such as customized servers, pre-order items specially for one detailed PO, or electic license, which  rendering them ineligible for return. Such special items will not be eligible for a refund.


Manufacturer Warranty

Please note that Hi-Network.com is neither a partner nor an affiliate of Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper ,Huawei or Dell. As a result, the manufacturer warranty may not be applicable. However, all our products are covered by a 1-year warranty with us for all New items.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

All acts and transactions pursuant to the terms and conditions mentioned here, including the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China . The both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Hangzhou City, China, or In HongKong. 

 

Attorney's Fees

If any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in the invoice or any and all acts and transactions pursuant to this Return Policy, Hi-Network.com, in such dispute, shall be entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses of enforcing any right under or concerning the invoice or this Return Policy, including without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs, and expenses of appeals. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible customer experience, and we will work tirelessly to resolve any issues that may arise. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
