The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has launched two digital cards to benefit persons with autism and persons with disabilities.

The "Digital Autism" card, will help facilitate movement of the card holders in public places, provide them access to priority services e.g. when visiting hospitals, healthcare centers and other public facilities.

On the other hand, the "Digital Erkab" card meant for persons with disabilities, will grant the card holders and their escorts preferential allowance in their ticket fares and travel fees while using public transportation , this may go as high as deducting  50% of the travel fare depending on the degree of disability.

 The Ministry called on the public to take advantage of the available benefits offered, by downloading the apps that are available on the Ministry's website
