Report on women's rights online

A new study by the Web Foundation shows that 'across nine developing countries...women are still nearly 50% less likely to access the Internet than men in the same communities, with Internet use reported by just 37% of women surveyed'. According to the report, the reasons for the divide between men and women are a lack of skills and affordability.
