ICANN expects more revenues from new gTLDs

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has published adraft budget for the 2017 fiscal year, outlining its expectations for an increase in revenues from new generic top level domains (gTLDs). The predicted 52% annual growth would mean that the organisation expects more registrations in new gTLDs for the next 12 months.
