In a new study, researchers from Google have found significant security flaws in one privacy feature of Apple's Safari web browser. This anti-tracking feature is known as Intelligent Tracking Prevention, and appears to have been vulnerable to up to five different types of potential attacks, allowing third parties to obtain "sensitive private information about the user's browsing habits". According to the Financial Times, Apple confirmed it patched the issues reported by Google last year.
