According to the NL Times, the Dutch data protection authority (DPA) is currently assessing the design and functioning of seven apps on the Dutch government's shortlist to use in the fight against the spread of COVID-19. The Dutch DPA will mainly assess the compliance of these apps with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as part of expert consultations open to the public.
