The Council of Europe's Project "End Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse @ Europe" (EndOCSEA@Europe), has published the second edition of the Baseline Mapping of member state responses to prevent and combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

The second report builds further on the structure and rationale of the first edition published in 2019, includes information and data in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and provides recommendations to states and stakeholders on prevention, detection and response towards ending online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

This mapping helps to provide an overview of the situation in member states vis-a vis the the benchmark set by the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (Lanzarote Convention), the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention), as well as selected capabilities identified in the WePROTECT Global Alliance Model National Response (MNR).
