Update from ICANN54: ICG compiling comments received on draft proposal

The IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination group (ICG) is currently compiling the comments received on its second draft proposal, and updating the proposal accordingly. In an update presented during the ongoing ICANN54, the ICG has explained that the majority of comments are supportive of the proposal, and that it also believes that the NTIA criteria are being met.
