Twitter took down a post by Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari that threatened punishment to individuals who attacked public buildings. The post said 'those of us in the fields [civil war] for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand'. The information Minister considered that Twitter should not prevent the president from expressing dismay at violence by a banned organization.
