Twitter announced it has removed more than 70 000 accounts that promoted the QAnon conspiracy movement. The platform found the accounts related to posts that could potentially lead to offline harm. The removed accounts shared harmful QAnon content at scale and propagated QAnon conspiracy theories across Twitter. Most users who were excluded from the platform were operating multiple QAnon accounts.
