MOOC in Spanish for Judges: Freedom of Expression

UNESCO and the the Knight Center will offer a Spanish language Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for legal professionals, including judges. The course, 'International Legal Framework on Freedom of Expression, Access to Information and the Safety of Journalists' will include current topics, such as  freedom of expression and the Internet. The certificate course will last six weeks, and will be offered free of charge.
