A group of 165 companies have addressed a letter to the European Commission seeking tougher action against Google anti-competitive practices. The companies claim that Google unfairly favours its own services and products on its web search tools, including those related to accommodation, travel, and job offers. Google denied the allegations and claims it always gives users the most relevant, high-quality search results.
