Chinese Internet regulator to filter online comments sections

According to Reuters, China's Cyberspace Administration has started to 'clean up the comments section on website to prevent the spread of what it calls harmful information.' The deputy head of the administration called it a 'large-scale cleanse' to 'proactively foster a healthy, positive Internet culture, and let cultured comment, rational posts and well-intentioned responses become the order of the day online.'
