Our success depends on our people - their engagement, their talent, their innovation, and their desire to continue to learn and grow. We are going to give them a flexible work environments where they will be safe and healthy, where they can be their authentic selves, where they can get training and improve themselves, and where they will be rewarded for their hard work.
Francine Katsoudas, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Cisco, emphasized the importance of our people in this year's Cisco Corporate Social Responsibility report:
