Microsoft released Cybersecurity Policy Framework for policymakers

Microsoft released a white paper titled "Cybersecurity Policy Framework", a resource aimed at governments developing national cybersecurity policies. The white paper builds on Microsoft's experience in partnering with policymakers in developing policies and it contains an overview of components of effective cybersecurity policies. The components identified are a national strategy for cybersecurity and an international strategy for cybersecurity, with the national strategy for cybersecurity covering the establishment of a national cyber agency, the development and update of cybercrime laws, and the development and update of critical infrastructure protections.
