In a co-ordinated operation across 30 regions in France, French police have arrested 61 people on charges related to their suspected involvement in a child pornography network, including at least 3 people accused of raping children on camera. Of the 61 arrested, 13 have previous records of sexual offenses. The arrests were conducted based on months of investigation in partnership with the Child Rescue Coalition.
