This innovative feature enables players conversing in different languages to communicate seamlessly within the game, supporting an impressive array of 16 languages and achieving near-instantaneous translation.

This advanced system has the capability to translate text between any combination of the 16 supported languages. This breakthrough will help bridge communication barriers among the game's vast and diverse user base, boasting a staggering 70 million daily active players.

Roblox's approach to making this technology a reality involved training a Language Model (LLM) on a comprehensive dataset. This dataset included in-game terminology and incorporated both public and internal sources, allowing the system to adeptly recognise internet slang and other language nuances specific to the platform.
