The governments of Egypt and Iraq have agreed to cooperate in digital transformation and e-governance. As part of the collaboration, Egypt will provide assistance to the Iraqi government to conduct projects of automation of services. More specifically, an Egyptian-Iraqi company will be established to foster sharing of knowledge in telecom infrastructure, capacity development, management of digital Arabic content, innovation, cybersecurity, research and development, legislative and regulatory framework, to name but a few.
