Amazon reaches deal with deaf rights group to caption all video

In a deal making disability rights groups happy across the globe, Amazon and the National Association for the Deaf have reached an agreement (similar to the results of a court case with Netflix) to caption all video. Current offerings are already captioned, but this affects approximately 190,000 works which were not originally captioned.
