A federal judge in New Mexico, USA, rejected Google's plea to dismiss the claim of infringing children's privacy laws by collecting children's local and personal data via app games that were initiated by the state's attorney general. However the judge noted that in her prior analysis she "incorrectly discounted" the significance of a provision in federal children's privacy rules.
